Background
StyleBlend, a fashion retail brand, wanted to boost ROAS and enhance customer retention by collaborating with influencers.
Challenge
- Inconsistent Campaign Performance: Some product campaigns were performing well while others lagged, affecting the overall ROAS.
- Low Customer Return Rate: Only 10% of customers made repeat purchases.
Objectives
- Increase overall ROAS across products from 2x to 4x.
- Improve customer return rate from 10% to 20%.
Implementation
Product Collaboration and Whitelisting:
- Before: Separate campaigns for each product line, leading to varied performance.
- After: Collaborated with popular fashion influencers to create co-branded products. Used the influencer whitelisting method to allow influencers to promote these products directly, ensuring authenticity and reach.
- Result: Leveraged influencer credibility to boost product appeal and used successful campaign data to optimize lower-performing ads.
Outcomes
- ROAS: Increased from an average of 2x to 4.5x.
- Customer Return Rate: Improved from 10% to 22%.

The point of this exercise is to frame a case study for a brand. I would want you to create a case study including numbers, how they changed after your implementation of above best practice. Start with a story, what brand was doing and how we leveraged best practice to improve numbers and then what numbers we achieved over time after implementation.
I have three ideas.
1) Ad Account structure fix and customer journey fix. These two fixes helped improve ROAS.
What I mean by structure of ad account is fixing how we ran campaign for cold audience and re targeted them as well, this was achieved using account structure which gave us over view of how the performance came out.
Write one case study on this including customer journey fix. Make sure to include numbers here. So that it's data backed.
2) AOV improvement. Client was doing okay but increasing AOV is what we focused on. Write case study to improve AOV and how we did it with what changes we adapted.
3) Clubbing different products together and averaging out ROAS with better performing campaigns. Customer return rate also improved and how we collaborated with different influencer while using white listing method. Write case study on this.
