• Working Weekends retains the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
• Unauthorized use or resale of drafts/concepts is prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate project requirements
• Respond timely for approvals and feedback
• Ensure they have rights to any content provided

5. Limitation of Liability

Working Weekends shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Third-party service issues (Shopify, hosting, apps, etc.)

6. Revisions & Delivery

Timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness.
Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if:
• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misconduct occurs
• Payments are not completed

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
