At Working Weekends, we aim to deliver high-quality digital and creative services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Service-Based Purchases (Design, Development, Branding)
All services purchased from Workingweekends.co are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Once a project is confirmed and payment is made, resources are allocated immediately.
• Refund requests will not be accepted after work has started.
• If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel a project:
• Before work starts: Eligible for partial refund (minus admin/processing charges).
• After work has started: No refund will be provided.
• After delivery of first draft/concept: No refund will be issued.
3. Revisions Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction.
• Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
4. Delays or Non-Response
If the client fails to respond for more than 14 days, the project will be considered on hold.
• No refund will be issued due to inactivity or delay from client side.
• Reactivation may require additional charges.
